Everything is cooked in our own kitchen for the number of people you confirm, which is the reason we ask you to book ahead rather than walk in.

Welcome drink and breakfast
A drink on arrival, then breakfast served in the dining area before the pool opens up for the day.
Buffet lunch
A vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet, served as a spread rather than a la carte so a large group eats together.
Evening hi-tea
Tea, coffee and snacks in the late afternoon, before you head back.
Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain
Pure vegetarian and non-vegetarian are both served. Jain, no-onion-no-garlic and South Indian preferences can be arranged for group meals when told in advance. Tell us about serious allergies in writing before the day, as buffet service means shared serving areas.
Outside food
Meals are included, so outside food is normally not needed. A birthday cake, baby food or medically required food is usually fine — check with the team before you arrive.

We do not publish a fixed day-outing menu, because it is planned around your group size and the season. The menu for your date is shared with your quote when you enquire.

  • Book ahead, do not walk in

    Meals are cooked to a confirmed headcount, and weekends, school holidays and long weekends fill up. Send your date and group size to check availability.

  • Outside food

    Meals are included and cooked in our own kitchen, so outside food is normally not needed. A birthday cake, baby food or medically required food is usually fine — check with the team before you arrive.

  • Alcohol

    There is a bar on the property and alcohol is permitted. Service is to adults only and staff may stop service to anyone intoxicated, particularly around the pool. Drinks are billed separately.

  • If it rains

    The visit goes ahead. The banquet hall and indoor games are covered, and the pool and rain dance usually reopen once the weather clears. Open lawn activities may pause during heavy rain or lightning.

  • Pool rules

    Pool timings are fixed for lifeguard cover. Carry your own swimwear, towel and toiletries. Changing rooms and washrooms are next to the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Valuables

    Lockers cannot be guaranteed, so leave expensive items at home. Adventure activities carry height, weight and age limits, which the activity desk will explain on the day.

  • GST invoice

    We raise a proper GST invoice. For company bookings, share the registered name, address and GSTIN before the invoice is generated.

  • Cancellations

    What is retained depends on how close to the date you cancel and what you booked. The exact windows are stated on your booking confirmation — read them before you pay.

Is the swimming pool included in the day outing package?
Yes. The swimming pool, rain dance, lawns and all standard indoor and outdoor games are part of both day outing packages, and nothing costs extra once you are on the property. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Just carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — a towel and a change of clothes.
Can we bring outside food or snacks for a day outing?
Outside food is not permitted, because every day outing package includes meals cooked in our own kitchen — buffet lunch and evening hi-tea, with breakfast on the Adventure Retreat package. A birthday cake, baby food or medically required food is fine; please just mention it when you arrive.
What time does a day outing start and what time do we have to leave?
Day outings run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the timings are the same on weekends. Within the day, breakfast (Adventure Retreat package) is served 8:00 to 10:00 AM, buffet lunch 1:00 to 2:30 PM and hi-tea 4:30 to 5:30 PM, so you get the whole day here rather than a few hours.
Is the rain dance included, and does it run all day?
Rain dance is included in the day outing and is one of the most popular parts of the visit, especially with groups and children. It runs as a fixed daily session from 3:30 to 4:30 PM rather than continuously, so the area can be cleaned and the music managed properly. Carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — and a towel.
Do children under five pay for a day outing?
Children below 5 are free on a day outing. Children aged 6 to 10 are charged the child rate: ₹799 on the Premium Day Outing and ₹899 on the Adventure Retreat, plus 5% GST. From 11 upwards the adult rate applies. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will price it exactly.
Is alcohol allowed during a day outing?
Yes. The bar is licensed from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and non-residents are welcome. The bar also serves weddings and private events, and the DJ can play until 10:30 PM. Outside liquor is not permitted; where corkage applies, it is charged at 40% of MRP.
What happens if it rains on the day of our outing?
The visit still goes ahead — there are plenty of indoor activities, so meals and most of the fun continue as planned, and the pool and rain dance usually reopen once the weather clears. If your group would rather not come in the rain, bookings can be rescheduled; just speak to the team and we will move your date.
Are there changing rooms and showers near the pool?
Yes, there are changing rooms near the pool area, so you can change before and after swimming. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and nylon or polyester swimwear is mandatory. Day guests should carry their own towels and toiletries, and it is best to leave expensive valuables at home.
Which games and activities are included, and which cost extra?
Nothing costs extra on the property. The Premium Day Outing (₹1,499 per adult + 5% GST) covers the pool, rain dance and all standard indoor and outdoor games. The Adventure Retreat (₹1,799 per adult + 5% GST) adds breakfast plus the zipline, sky cycling, 20 rope activities and wall climbing. Adventure activities have a minimum age of 12.
Can we just walk in for a day outing, or do we have to book ahead?
Please book ahead. Meals are cooked to the confirmed headcount and weekends, school holidays and long weekends fill up quickly, so a walk-in group may not be accommodated. Booking in advance also lets us keep pool and rain dance capacity for your group. Call or write to us with your date and group size to check availability.
Can I order a birthday cake at the resort?
Yes. Cakes can be ordered at the resort on request — just tell us the flavour, size and any message when you book. You are also welcome to bring your own cake or have one delivered via Swiggy or Zomato; please mention it on arrival so the team can chill it and bring it out at the right moment.
Do teenagers pay the adult rate?
Yes. From age 11 upwards the adult rate applies, so a 13-year-old is charged as an adult: ₹1,499 on the Premium Day Outing or ₹1,799 on the Adventure Retreat, plus 5% GST. Children aged 6 to 10 pay the child rate and children below 5 are free. Adventure activities have a minimum age of 12.
What time is the rain dance?
The rain dance runs as a daily session from 3:30 to 4:30 PM and is included in every day outing package. Carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — and a towel, and you can head straight from the session to hi-tea at 4:30 PM.

Is there parking, and can buses or tempo travellers park here?
Yes, there is ample free parking on the property, and it is inside the campus rather than on the road. Buses, tempo travellers and multiple cars for a wedding or a corporate group can be accommodated. If you are bringing several large vehicles, let us know in advance so we can keep the movement clear for other guests.
How do we reach you by public transport?
The nearest metro station is Huskur Road Metro, just 2.5 km away, and Ola and Uber are available from the station for the last stretch. BMTC buses run along Hosur Road and Huskur Road, from where a short auto or cab ride brings you to the gate. Send us a WhatsApp if you need the exact map pin for your driver.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the resort is wheelchair accessible, and the main areas including the restaurant, banquet hall and lawns can be reached without stairs. If a guest uses a wheelchair or has trouble walking, tell us at the time of booking and we will allot a convenient room and table. Our staff are happy to help with movement around the property.
Can you arrange transport or bus pickup for our group?
No, we do not arrange transport — guests make their own way to the resort. The good news is that we are only 10 minutes from Electronic City, Ola and Uber reach us easily, and parking on site is free and ample, so buses and tempo travellers your group organises are welcome.
Which is the nearest metro station, and can I get an Ola or Uber?
The nearest metro station is Huskur Road Metro, just 2.5 km from the resort, and both Ola and Uber are available from the station. Cabs also reach us easily from anywhere in Electronic City — we are about 10 minutes from the tech parks — and parking is free if you drive.
