Yes. The swimming pool, rain dance, lawns and all standard indoor and outdoor games are part of both day outing packages, and nothing costs extra once you are on the property. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Just carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — a towel and a change of clothes.

Outside food is not permitted, because every day outing package includes meals cooked in our own kitchen — buffet lunch and evening hi-tea, with breakfast on the Adventure Retreat package. A birthday cake, baby food or medically required food is fine; please just mention it when you arrive.

Day outings run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the timings are the same on weekends. Within the day, breakfast (Adventure Retreat package) is served 8:00 to 10:00 AM, buffet lunch 1:00 to 2:30 PM and hi-tea 4:30 to 5:30 PM, so you get the whole day here rather than a few hours.

Rain dance is included in the day outing and is one of the most popular parts of the visit, especially with groups and children. It runs as a fixed daily session from 3:30 to 4:30 PM rather than continuously, so the area can be cleaned and the music managed properly. Carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — and a towel.

Children below 5 are free on a day outing. Children aged 6 to 10 are charged the child rate: ₹799 on the Premium Day Outing and ₹899 on the Adventure Retreat, plus 5% GST. From 11 upwards the adult rate applies. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will price it exactly.

Yes. The bar is licensed from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and non-residents are welcome. The bar also serves weddings and private events, and the DJ can play until 10:30 PM. Outside liquor is not permitted; where corkage applies, it is charged at 40% of MRP.

The visit still goes ahead — there are plenty of indoor activities, so meals and most of the fun continue as planned, and the pool and rain dance usually reopen once the weather clears. If your group would rather not come in the rain, bookings can be rescheduled; just speak to the team and we will move your date.

Yes, there are changing rooms near the pool area, so you can change before and after swimming. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and nylon or polyester swimwear is mandatory. Day guests should carry their own towels and toiletries, and it is best to leave expensive valuables at home.

Nothing costs extra on the property. The Premium Day Outing (₹1,499 per adult + 5% GST) covers the pool, rain dance and all standard indoor and outdoor games. The Adventure Retreat (₹1,799 per adult + 5% GST) adds breakfast plus the zipline, sky cycling, 20 rope activities and wall climbing. Adventure activities have a minimum age of 12.

Please book ahead. Meals are cooked to the confirmed headcount and weekends, school holidays and long weekends fill up quickly, so a walk-in group may not be accommodated. Booking in advance also lets us keep pool and rain dance capacity for your group. Call or write to us with your date and group size to check availability.

Yes. Cakes can be ordered at the resort on request — just tell us the flavour, size and any message when you book. You are also welcome to bring your own cake or have one delivered via Swiggy or Zomato; please mention it on arrival so the team can chill it and bring it out at the right moment.

Yes. From age 11 upwards the adult rate applies, so a 13-year-old is charged as an adult: ₹1,499 on the Premium Day Outing or ₹1,799 on the Adventure Retreat, plus 5% GST. Children aged 6 to 10 pay the child rate and children below 5 are free. Adventure activities have a minimum age of 12.

The rain dance runs as a daily session from 3:30 to 4:30 PM and is included in every day outing package. Carry swimwear — nylon or polyester only — and a towel, and you can head straight from the session to hi-tea at 4:30 PM.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon, with one hour of grace. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be arranged at ₹1,000 + 5% GST, subject to how full we are that day.

Rates are per room per night for two guests. The Aqua Room is ₹3,999 with breakfast (CP), the Heritage Cottage starts at ₹4,999 (CP) and the Suite Room at ₹6,999, all + 5% GST. The Suite with Private Pool, Sky Room and Camping Room are priced on request. Extra beds are available at an extra cost, confirmed on enquiry.

They are the standard meal plans used by Indian hotels. EP (European Plan) is room only, CP (Continental Plan) is room plus breakfast, MAP (Modified American Plan) adds either lunch or dinner to breakfast, and AP (American Plan) covers all meals. Our published rates start at CP, so breakfast is always included, and every rate on our website names the plan alongside the price.

If you plan to eat out or you are only staying one night, CP is usually enough. If you are here for a full day or two and want to stay on the property, MAP or AP works out simpler and cheaper than ordering each meal separately. Tell us how long you are staying when you enquire and we will tell you which one costs less for your trip.

Yes. All our published rates are on the Continental Plan (CP) or above, so breakfast is included at the base rate — for example, the Aqua Room at ₹3,999 + 5% GST comes with breakfast. Lunch and dinner are added through the MAP and AP plans.

We have five event spaces. The Main Lawn takes 400 seated and 1,000 floating, the Poolside Lawn 800 seated and 2,000 floating, the Patio Lawn 250 seated and 350 floating, the Banquet Hall 300 seated and 500 floating, and the Glass House 100 seated and 150 floating. Most weddings use a combination — for example a lawn for the muhurtham and the hall for dining.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorator, and we can also recommend our partner decorators if you would like tried-and-tested options. Mandap setup and baraat entry are both permitted. Please share the design plan and vendor details in advance so we can schedule setup and dismantling times.

As a rule, all catering is done by our in-house kitchen — outside caterers are considered only in very rare cases, after a discussion with management. Our wedding catering is priced per plate at ₹1,199 for veg and ₹1,599 for non-veg, + 5% GST, and Jain and custom menus can be planned with prior notice.

Yes, we have two green rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in, with space for the makeup team. Larger functions often also block guest rooms nearby for family. Tell us at the time of booking from what time you need the green rooms.

A DJ is permitted, both in the banquet hall and on the lawns, and can play until 10:30 PM. Outside alcohol is not permitted, but our licensed bar (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM) serves events; where corkage applies, it is charged at 40% of MRP.

Yes, we host pre-wedding shoots, and the pool, lawns, patio and Glass House give you a good range of backdrops. Shoots are booked as a separate slot so that you are not sharing the space with a function. Enquire with your preferred date and the team will confirm availability and charges.

A 50% advance is what blocks a wedding date — we do not hold dates on a verbal confirmation. Rooms for the wedding party can be blocked against the same booking. The balance and payment schedule are set out in your proposal, with the final settlement around the function day.

Yes, smaller private functions like baby showers, engagements and milestone birthdays work beautifully here. The Glass House suits 100 to 150 guests, and the Patio Lawn is a good step up if your list grows. Custom menus are priced per head — share your headcount and date and we will send a proposal.

Yes, and it is one of the things we do most, helped by being right next to Electronic City Phase II. A typical offsite combines a meeting or training session in the hall, team games on the lawns, pool and rain dance, and a buffet lunch. We can run it as a single day or as an overnight offsite using our 59 rooms.

Large groups are comfortable here. The Poolside Lawn takes 800 seated and 2,000 floating, the Main Lawn 400 seated and 1,000 floating, and the Banquet Hall 300 seated and 500 floating. For very large headcounts we plan the meals and the activity rotation in batches so that nobody is left waiting. Share your expected headcount early so the schedule and catering can be planned properly.

Yes. Our indoor meeting space seats 100 in theatre style, 50 in U-shape and 50 in clusters. Screen, microphones, PA system, stage and podium are all available. Yes. Alongside our own indoor and outdoor games we run facilitated team-building sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours, for groups of up to 90 pax. The booking is confirmed against an advance payment, and we need your GST and billing details — registered company name, address and GSTIN — to raise the invoice. We provide a proper GST invoice and accept bank transfer for corporate payments. Final headcount is normally locked a few days before the event.

Every guest must present a valid government photo ID — any except a PAN card — and this applies to day guests as well as those staying overnight. Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport all work. The minimum check-in age is 18 years, and please carry the original, as a photocopy or a photo on a phone is not sufficient.

Yes, pets are allowed. Please tell us when you book so the right room is allocated and the team is expecting them. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool, the restaurant or on an event lawn while a function is on.
