Packages by group size
What changes as the headcount grows
We price per head, and the per-head rate depends on your date, your menu and how much of the property you hold. Rather than publish a number we cannot honour, here is exactly what changes at each tier so you know what you are asking us to quote.
-
20 – 50 people
One team, one room, one schedule
A single department or a project team. Everything runs as one group, so you do not lose time to batching.
Per head — on enquiry
- One space for the whole day — the Patio Lawn or a part of the Banquet Hall
- One buffet sitting, one menu, no staggered meal slots
- Games and activities run for the whole group at once
- A single point of contact from our side through the day
-
50 – 150 people
Two spaces running in parallel
The size most Electronic City offsites land at. Sessions indoors, activities outdoors, and the two swap over.
Per head — on enquiry
- Banquet Hall for the business session, lawn for the team activity
- Buffet laid out on multiple counters so the queue clears faster
- Activities rotated in two batches, so the pool is never crowded
- PA system and microphones for announcements across the group
-
150 – 500 people
The full campus
A town hall, an annual day or a whole-BU offsite. Planned as a timetable rather than an itinerary.
Per head — on enquiry
- Main Lawn plus Banquet Hall used together, with a printed floor plan
- Arrival, meals and activities staggered in batches by team
- Multiple activity stations running at the same time
- Bus and tempo traveller movement planned in advance with our team
- 59 rooms available if you extend it into an overnight offsite
Per-head rates are not published because they move with the season, the menu and the day of the week. Send us the date and the headcount and you will get a written proposal you can attach to a purchase order. A veg and non-veg split, a bar arrangement and any facilitated modules are quoted as separate lines so finance can see what is optional.
Meeting and conference spaces
Four spaces, and what each one actually holds
22,000 sq ft in total. Seated and floating capacities below are the numbers we work to. Theatre, U-shape and cluster layouts depend on the AV footprint and the stage you need, so we confirm those against your floor plan rather than publish a single figure.
| Space | Seated | Floating | Theatre | U-shape | Cluster | Works well for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main Lawn | 400 | 1,000 | On request | On request | On request | Weddings, Receptions |
| Poolside Lawn | 800 | 2,000 | On request | On request | On request | Weddings, Large receptions |
| Patio Lawn | 250 | 350 | On request | On request | On request | Haldi, Mehendi |
| Banquet Hall | 300 | 500 | On request | On request | On request | Weddings, Conferences |
| Glass House | 100 | 150 | On request | On request | On request | Baby showers, Intimate functions |
A detailed capacity sheet is sent on enquiry. It gives you the layout-by-layout seating for each space, the stage and screen positions, and a floor plan you can drop straight into your internal deck. Ask for it by WhatsApp or on the enquiry form and it comes back the same working day.
AV and facilities
What we can set up in the hall
Tell us your seating style and your AV list when you enquire. Some equipment is charged separately, and we will show it as a separate line so there are no surprises at settlement.
- Screen for presentations
- A screen is set up in the Banquet Hall. Tell us your laptop and connector setup in advance so it is tested before the group arrives.
- Microphones and sound system
- Handheld and stand microphones, with a PA system for the hall and the lawns.
- Air conditioning
- The Banquet Hall is fully covered and air conditioned.
- Power backup
- Generator backup on site. Tell us the total load for heavy DJ, lighting or AV setups.
- Wi-Fi
- Available on the property. If your session depends on a live stream or a large upload, flag it in advance.
- Stage and podium
- A stage and podium are available on site. Backdrops and branding are normally handled along with your decor vendor.
- Breakout areas
- The lawns and the poolside work as informal breakout spaces between sessions.
- Parking
- Free on-site parking inside the campus, including space for buses and tempo travellers.

Team building
What the group actually does between sessions
We are honest about the split. Most of what you see below is part of the day outing and included in the per-head rate. Facilitated programmes and a few adventure activities are run by specialists and quoted separately.
-
Outdoor games on the lawn
Cricket, volleyball, throwball and the open-lawn formats that work for a large mixed group. Included in the day outing, and the easiest way to get 200 people moving at once.
-
Water and rain dance
The swimming pool and the rain dance run in scheduled sessions. For a corporate group this is usually the post-lunch block, and it is the part people actually talk about afterwards.
-
Indoor games
Carrom, chess, table tennis and badminton. Useful for the people who would rather not be out in the sun, and for a rainy afternoon.
-
Facilitated team-building modules
Structured sessions run by an external facilitator, built around your headcount and how physical you want it to be. These are quoted separately from the day rate.
-
Adventure activities
A rotating inventory of paid activities alongside the included games. Ask for the current list and rates when you enquire, as it changes from time to time.

The full inventory of games and activities, and which of them cost extra, is listed on the day outing page. A corporate booking runs on the same inventory, with the schedule built around your sessions instead of a family's day.
Food for corporate groups
Buffet, planned to a confirmed headcount
Everything is cooked in our own kitchen to the headcount you confirm. For large groups we lay out multiple counters and, past about 150 people, serve in batches so nobody spends their break in a queue.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffets, with the split agreed in advance
- Jain, no-onion-no-garlic and South Indian preferences arranged when told ahead
- Serious allergies handled, but tell us in writing — a buffet means shared serving areas
- Welcome tea and coffee, a mid-morning break and hi-tea built into the day
- Bar on site. Alcohol is billed separately, per consumption or as a package
Corporate catering, per head
- Breakfast only — ₹699
- Working lunch, vegetarian — ₹1,299
- Working lunch, non-vegetarian — ₹1,699
- Tea break with snacks — ₹225
- Full day with dinner, vegetarian — ₹3,499
- Full day with dinner, non-vegetarian — ₹3,899
All rates are per person, exclusive of GST (5% extra), for a minimum of 20 people. A day outing package bundles meals into the per-head rate instead, which usually works out lower for a full-day group — these menus are for meetings and events that need catering on its own.
A sample offsite agenda
A full day, hour by hour
This is the shape most one-day offsites take here. Copy it into the calendar invite, move the blocks around to suit your sessions, and send it back to us — we will build the kitchen and activity schedule around your version.
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 8:00 – 9:30 AM | Arrival and breakfast. Guests settle in and network over breakfast as the buses come in. |
| 9:45 – 11:15 AM | Facilitated team-building and engagement session — collaboration, communication, leadership and problem-solving, scheduled straight after breakfast while energy is high. |
| 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM | Recreation block. Swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor sports, adventure activities and informal team time, at each person’s own pace. |
| 1:00 – 2:30 PM | Buffet lunch. Larger groups eat in batches so the counters keep moving. |
| 2:30 – 3:30 PM | Free exploration — people drift back to the games, the lawns or the shade. |
| 3:30 PM | Rain dance session. The point in the day where the hierarchy disappears. |
| 4:30 – 5:30 PM | Hi-tea and refreshments. A dedicated networking break with tea, coffee and snacks. |
| 5:30 – 6:00 PM | Wrap-up. Casual networking, the group photograph on the lawn, and buses loaded out before the Hosur Road evening peak thickens. |
Timings are indicative and are confirmed for your date when you book. If you would rather split it over two days, the same agenda runs as sessions and team games on day one, dinner with a DJ, and a slow morning before check-out at 12:00 noon — see rooms and cottages.

Logistics
The practical part nobody asks until week three
The answers below are the ones that hold up a corporate booking. Where the exact figure depends on your booking, we say so instead of printing a number.
- Parking and bus access
- Free on-site parking, inside the campus rather than on the road. Buses, tempo travellers and multiple cars can be accommodated. Tell us how many large vehicles are coming so we can keep the movement clear.
- Getting here
- Andapura, off Huskur Road, Electronic City Phase II — about twenty minutes from the Phase I and Phase II tech parks and straightforward off Hosur Road and the elevated expressway. Send us a WhatsApp for the exact map pin to forward to your transport vendor.
- Transport for the group
- We do not run our own fleet, but we can put you in touch with local bus and tempo traveller operators. Rates and availability come from the operator directly.
- GST invoicing and purchase orders
- We raise a proper GST invoice in your company name. Share the registered name, address and GSTIN before the invoice is generated, as changes afterwards are difficult. We can work against a purchase order.
- Confirmation and advance
- Once the date, headcount and inclusions are agreed we share a proposal. The booking is confirmed against a purchase order or an advance payment. The advance amount and the payment schedule depend on the package and the season, so they are set out in your proposal rather than published here.
- Final headcount
- Locked a few days before the event so the kitchen can cook to it. The exact cut-off is confirmed with your booking. Small variations on the day are manageable; a hundred extra people are not.
- Accessibility
- The property is wheelchair accessible and the restaurant, banquet hall and lawns can be reached without stairs. Flag any colleague who needs step-free routing and we will plan the seating accordingly.
- Who to talk to
