This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user (“Guest”, “You”) and GoldCoins Club & Resort, operating through the website https://goldcoinsresort.in/ (“Resort”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing the website, making a reservation, or availing any service offered by the Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

1.1 Telephonic / Offline Bookings:
Bookings made directly by calling or contacting the Resort shall be confirmed only upon receipt of fifty percent (50%) advance payment, with the remaining balance payable at the time of check-in.

1.2 Online Bookings:
Bookings made through the Resort’s website or any online booking platform shall require one hundred percent (100%) payment at the time of reservation. No booking shall be deemed confirmed without full payment.

1.3 Failure to make the applicable payment as stated above may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any liability on the part of the Resort.

1.4 All tariffs, taxes, and charges are subject to change without prior notice and shall be applicable as per the date of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

2.1 Check-in and check-out timings shall be as per resort policy communicated during booking.
2.2 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
2.3 Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at check-in.

3. Use of Facilities

3.1 No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted within the resort premises.
3.2 Swimming Pool operational hours are 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
3.3 Proper swimwear is compulsory for pool usage.
3.4 Entry into the swimming pool after consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Children below the age of five (5) years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibility

4.1 Guests shall maintain decorum and comply with all resort rules.
4.2 Any damage to property caused by the Guest shall be chargeable.
4.3 The Resort reserves the right to deny services or evict Guests for misconduct, without refund.

5. Safety & Liability

5.1 Guests use resort facilities at their own risk.
5.2 The Resort shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
5.3 The Resort shall not be responsible for injuries arising from misuse of facilities.

6. Events, Day-Outs & Corporate Bookings

6.1 Special packages are governed by separate terms shared at the time of booking.
6.2 Changes in guest count or services must be communicated in writing prior to arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and materials on the website are the exclusive property of GoldCoins Club & Resort and are protected under applicable laws.

8. Amendments

The Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts having local jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
