1. Cancellation Terms

1.1 Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival shall be subject to 50% retention of the booking amount.
1.2 Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of arrival shall be subject to 100% retention.
1.3 No-show bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing

2.1 Eligible refunds shall be processed to the original payment method.
2.2 Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
2.3 Bank charges and transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and management approval. Any difference in tariff shall be payable by the Guest.

4. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, or emergencies.

5. Resort-Initiated Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the Resort, the Guest shall be offered either a full refund or rescheduled dates, at the Resort’s discretion.
